About Jo David Pilates
My classes focus on improving core strength, posture and flexibility within a fun and friendly environment. They are suitable for men and women of all levels of fitness and experience.
I offer a range of classes including Mixed Ability, Gentle Strengthen & Stretch and Chair Based Seniors Seated & Standing.
Within each class I offer modifications and encourage you to work at the level that suits you. I use a range of small equipment to challenge your practice, add variety and support certain exercises.
So whether you are more advanced looking to challenge yourself, a complete beginner wanting to learn the principles of Pilates or have limited mobility and are looking for a class to strengthen and restore, then I’d love to welcome you along.

About me
I have loved Pilates for over 18 years and qualified to teach in 2019.
With a passion for helping others improve their mental and physical health, I am dedicated to making your Pilates experience enjoyable, rewarding and fun.

As a certified Pilates Instructor, I recognise that everyone comes to Pilates with their own goals and challenges. Within my classes I aim to ensure you feel encouraged and supported in achieving those goals.
